Monday - Saturday 6:00AM - 9:00PM

Sundays 7:00AM - 9:00PM

 

All members must register themselves on the member registry each time they visit.

 

All guests must be registered and accompanied by a member in good standing. Guest fees are $10.00 per person per visit. Members are allowed to bring up to two guests at a time. Each guest may come twice a month up to 6 times per calendar year, regardless of host.

• Hours of operation may change due to holidays, severe weather, or other.

• Members 16 years of age and older are permitted in the Fitness Center without direct adult supervision.

• Children 13-15 years of age are not permitted in Fitness Center without direct adult supervision.

• Children 12 years of age and younger are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

• Food and tobacco products are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

• The televisions are to be operated with the sound off at all times. Please respect others at all times when in the Fitness Center.

• Weights should not be dropped on the floor at any time. Plate weights should be returned to the weight stack after use.

• Proper workout clothing is expected. Shirt and shoes are required at all times.

• Please wipe down equipment after working out.

• Irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension.
